Sony Pictures released the official trailer for Ghostbusters. It was definitely exciting to see a new iteration, but some complained that it was a bit lacking. My thinking on this is that the trailer itself was probably too long, but my guess is that the studio felt compelled to introduce the entire team to the public. That’s not too hard to imagine, given that they are introducing new female leads. Probably just trying to quell the vitriol from the purists…
In any event, a fan also released a shortened version of the trailer, arguably much more interesting. Take a look at it below.
